Job summary

Integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking a genuine and caring Support Worker to assist clients in their own homes across the Gladstone region. You will help with daily routines, mobility, and social engagement while building meaningful relationships in the community.

The role offers part-time and casual opportunities with a supportive team, travel allowances, and pathways for professional development within integratedliving’s expanding services.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care is required or the candidate willing to work towards it.
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle are required.
• First Aid and CPR are required.
• Working with Children Check/Blue Card/Police Check/NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Assist with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments.
• Help clients get out and about in the local community.
• Build genuine connections and provide companionship.
• Deliver personalised support to maintain independence and wellbeing.

Our integratedliving family is growing, with more clients joining our services and exciting Support Worker opportunities becoming available across the Gladstone region.

As a Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and in control of their everyday lives.

If you’re someone who is located in Gladstone, South Gladstone, Beecher, Clinton, Kin Kora, Telina, West Gladstone and enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we’d love to hear from you!

What your day could look like

Every day is different, but you could be:

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Helping with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments
• Supporting clients to get out and about in their local community
• Building genuine connections and providing companionship
• Delivering personalised support that helps clients maintain their independence and wellbeing

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality, person-centred support.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or be willing to work towards it
