Integratedliving Australia Ltd. in Cairns invites expressions of interest for Support Workers to help clients live independently at home and in the community.

As a valued member of our Integratedliving family, you’ll provide personal care, daily routines and companionship, coordinating with clients and teams to deliver person-centred support that makes a real difference in people’s lives. We offer flexible hours, competitive hourly rate of $34.42–$36.23 plus 12% super, travel allowance,

What your day could look like

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Helping with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments
• Supporting clients to get out and about in their local community
• Building genuine connections and providing companionship
• Delivering personalised support that helps clients maintain their independence and wellbeing

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality, person-centred support.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or be willing to work towards it
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
