Job summary

Integratedliving Australia is seeking passionate Support Workers to join teams in the Port Stephens/Nelson Bay region, delivering person-centred, community-based care across local communities.

You’ll help with personal care, daily tasks, and companionship, with flexible hours Monday to Friday. Qualifications include Certificate III in Individual Support (or in progress), driver’s licence, First Aid/CPR, WWCC, and a willingness to obtain checks.

Qualifications

• Must be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or actively pursuing.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• WWCC and Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist clients with grocery shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Encourage independence by providing support tailored to each person’s goals and preferences.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact
• Must availability on Monday, Wednesday & Friday each week
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or currently working towards it (roles may also be available for those without qualifications)
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR certification
• WWCC and current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet to complete daily tasks and documentation
