Job summary

integratedliving Australia is seeking passionate and caring Support Workers to join our team across the Toowoomba region. You will provide personal care, assist with daily routines and domestic tasks to help clients stay healthy, independent and in their own homes.

Requirements include Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, a valid driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR and WWCC/Blue Card, and Police Check or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC/Blue Card.
• Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support daily routines.
• Assist with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
• Support clients with shopping, appointments and community activities.
• Build relationships with clients and families while delivering personalised care.

What a day can look like

• Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
• Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable
• Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care
• Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs — no two days are ever the same

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or similar industry experience
• Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC/blue Card
• Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet
