Swisse Wellness Pty is seeking a Key Account Manager for Australia Export on a part-time basis (0.6FTE). The role focuses on building trusted partnerships with cross-border export customers, driving growth through strategic plans, and managing distribution and promotions.

You will analyze performance, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver shared success while balancing export responsibilities with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capability, with a track record of translating insights into actionable customer and category growth strategies.
• Financial and commercial literacy, including P&L management, forecasting, and trade investment optimisation.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and customer partners.
• Exceptional organisation, project management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Co-develop and lead the delivery of the strategic account plans with key customers, ensuring alignment to channel strategy and long-term commercial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives and exceptional account servicing.
• Partner with supply chain teams on forecasting, demand planning, and run rates to maintain strong product availability.
• Agree commercial targets with key customers, track performance and adjust plans to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Work with trade marketing to deliver customer execution of trade promotions & trade initiatives.
• Support the delivery of new product development (NPD) initiatives and activations in partnership with marketing and trade marketing teams.
• Oversee product education strategy aligned to channel strategy.
