Lendi Group in Sydney is seeking an events coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery from planning to post-event follow-up. You will coordinate venues, catering, suppliers and schedules, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless experiences.

In this hybrid role, you’ll support budgets, reporting and the smooth operation of our Sydney event spaces, while staying calm and adaptable to changing plans and priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality or workplace experience.
• Experience coordinating events end-to-end, including planning, logistics, suppliers, setup, on-the-day execution and follow-up.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to spotting what needs doing and delivering it.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Warm, professional, service-oriented approach to creating great experiences.
• Ability to stay calm and adaptable when plans change.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate venues, catering, suppliers, schedules, equipment and other moving pieces to run events smoothly.
• Deliver end-to-end events including planning, on-the-day execution and post-event follow-up.
• Support event budgets, cost tracking and related administration.
• Lend a hand with Sydney office and event space readiness alongside Guest Services.
• Troubleshoot last-minute changes and find practical solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
