Job summary

Beaumont Care is seeking an experienced Support Worker or EN for high-intensity care in the Redcliffe area. The role focuses on person-centred clinical care at home and in the community, including PEG feeding, insulin monitoring and emergency response.

We offer shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights, seven days a week. The role starts on a casual basis with the potential to become permanent within a few months.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability or community care settings preferred.
• Understanding of high intensity support requirements under the NDIS.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Support Workers or EN's experienced in providing high quality care and support to High Intensity individuals in the Redcliffe area. This role involves providing person-centred care and clinical support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and independencewhile at home and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual support plans.
• Provide high intensity daily living supports, including:
  • PEG feeding and nutritional monitoring
  • Bowel care and catheter management
  • Seizure management and emergency response
  • Insulin administration and diabetes monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with NDIS Practice Standards.
• Promote independence and wellbeing through respectful and empowering support.
• We have a variety of shifts on offer, across mornings, afternoons and active night shifts and sleepovers, 7 days. This exciting opportunity is initially offered on a casual basis, with the view to go permanent within the next few months.

About You
