Job summary

Active Support Australia is seeking motivated support workers to provide compassionate, high-quality care across shifts, including weekends. Roles include medication assistance, personal care, domestic tasks and community access, with full-time equivalent casual hours available for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, current First Aid/CPR, Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.

Active Support Australia is a registered NDIS service provider which enables people with disabilities to take control of their health and wellbeing, by helping them achieve their goals.
Active Support Australia is seeking motivated support workers to work across shifts that can include weekends.

The available shifts are

• Bundall QLD 4217 – 9am to 5pm - Monday to Sunday
• Bundall QLD 4217 – 5pm to 9am - Monday to Sunday (Inactive Sleepover)
• The Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 – 10am to 3pm - Monday to Friday

The Role

• Provide compassionate high-quality care.

• Assistance with psychosocial support, appointments, and domestic tasks such as cleaning and cooking.

• Current Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Experience with any of the following – Mental Health, Dysphagia Management, Medication Management.
• Manual Handling Experience (Hoist)
• A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent disability related qualifications.
• Available for day and night shifts.
