Job summary
AUSTCORP is currently seeking experienced asphalt and spray seal operators and crew members to join our road crews in NSW. We value hardworking, reliable workers with solid civil construction experience and a commitment to safety.
Positions available soon for sprayer and spreader roles; full unbranded PPE is provided, and rates are competitive based on skill and experience. Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and Construction Induction Card.
Qualifications
- Valid HC driving licence (or higher) is preferred.
- Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card) required.
- RII/VOC certifications are an advantage for applicants.
Responsibilities
- Operate spray seal and asphalt machinery within road construction crews.
- Perform manual duties and support spreading operations as required.

AUSTCORP is currently seeking experienced and motivated Asphalt & Spray Seal operators and crew members to join established road crews within our customers depots. We’re looking for hardworking and reliable people with a solid background in road construction and civil works. We have positions available in the coming weeks for experienced Sprayer and Spreader drivers in particular!
To be considered, we are seeking:
- Current and Valid Driver Licence | HC an advantage
- Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card)
- RII and/or VOC’s an advantage
- DG Licence an advantage
- Physically Fit and Capable of Manual Labour
- Able To Pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Test
