Job summary

Uniplan Group is seeking an experienced Painter for a permanent full-time role at our Armidale manufacturing facility. You will work on brand-new modular buildings, handling interior and exterior painting from prep to final finish, with relocation assistance available if needed.

The role focuses on surface preparation, applying paints, and delivering top-quality workmanship within a controlled, production-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' painting experience in Australia.
• Experience with interior and exterior painting in commercial or residential builds.
• Ability to prep surfaces and deliver high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior surface preparation.
• Fill holes, cracks and gaps and prepare surfaces to a high standard.
• Apply paints and coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
• Operate spray equipment for professional finishes.
• Paint new commercial and residential-style builds.
• Complete touch-ups and rectification work.
• Maintain painting equipment, tools and work areas.
• Work alongside other trades during production.
• Deliver work to Uniplan Group's quality and safety standards.
