We are seeking a qualified and experienced Support Coordinator to join our Goulburn Valley team as a Specialist. This role offers hybrid flexibility, the autonomy to manage your own caseload, and the backing of a national organisation with strong local leadership.
Reporting to the Goulburn Business Unit Manager, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred Support Coordination to NDIS participants throughout the greater Bendigo region. You’ll guide participants to implement their NDIS plans, coordinate supports, and build their capacity to engage confidently with the broader service system including health, housing, justice, and mental health sectors.
