Lemos in Sydney, Australia is seeking an Experienced Estimator with a strong background in formwork to join our growing team. You will accurately assess project costs, prepare tenders, and collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

You will review drawings, perform take-offs, source pricing, and maintain estimating records while supporting handovers to operations and contributing to long-term growth of the business.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Experienced Estimator with a strong focus on formwork and FRP.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial, residential, and civil construction projects.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
