Job summary

EKC Construction is seeking a Senior Civil Estimator with a strong background in civil formwork, reinforcement and concrete (FRP) works to join our team and drive major infrastructure tenders.

You will prepare detailed cost plans, analyse specifications and drawings, and collaborate with project teams to optimise bids while assessing risks and opportunities. You will mentor junior estimators and develop detailed construction programmes to support submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of civil estimating experience.
• Extensive experience in Civil Formwork, Reinforcement and FRP works.
• Strong commercial acumen with tender risk and margin assessment.
• Proven track record in tendering for large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools.

About you

Minimum 10 years' experience in civil estimating, including extensive experience estimating Civil Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete (FRP) works.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess tender risk, opportunities, subcontractor pricing and project margins.

Proven track record in tendering for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.

Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
