Capalaba Dental Surgery, proudly serving the local community since 1985, is seeking an experienced Front Office/ Clinical Coordinator to lead our reception and coordinate patient flow across a six-day roster.

This full‑time role blends dental front desk duties with clinical administration, focusing on bookings, onboarding new staff, and implementing systems that improve practice efficiency while maintaining a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental reception or front office administration (essential).
• Experience in a clinical coordination or leadership role (highly regarded).
• Confident managing a busy front office while working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Positive, proactive and eager to contribute and grow within the role.
• Availability to work a 4-day roster across Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our growing team in a leadership role. This is a hands-on, full-time position offering variety across dental reception, patient coordination and clinical administration.
