Carina Plaza Dental and Capalaba Dental Surgery are seeking a Casual Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join the team across both locations. This role blends front desk coordination with clinical support and offers potential for progression to a full-time position.

The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, reliable and able to communicate confidently with patients. Availability on Saturday mornings and a valid driver’s licence are preferred.

About the Role

This is a casual role working across both practice locations. It is an all-rounder position combining front desk coordination with dental assisting duties.

Key responsibilities include:

Sterilisation and equipment setup

Providing exceptional patient service in person and over the phone

Managing appointment bookings, recalls, and payments

Assisting with workflow, organisation, and team support across both sites

Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
