Leppington Eatery Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and passionate Cooks to join our team in a full-time capacity. We are a reliable and skilled culinary professional who can deliver high-quality food preparation and maintain excellent kitchen standards. Multiple positions available.

We offer a competitive salary between $80,000 and $84,000 per annum plus superannuation, a supportive and professional working environment, and opportunities to grow and develop your culinary skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Passion for preparing quality food and delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality meals according to recipes and customer requirements.
• Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in accordance with regulations.
• Manage stock control, food ordering, and minimise wastage.
• Assist with menu planning and development.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
