Job summary

PRN SONS PTY LTD in Winmalee, NSW invites a skilled Chef to join our kitchen on a full-time basis. You will prepare, cook and present a range of dishes to a high standard, while ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency.

You will manage stock, support menu planning and costing, supervise kitchen staff, and uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards, including after-hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
• Formal culinary training and/or certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid food handling and safety certifications
