Job summary

The Entrance Social Club on the NSW Central Coast is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic team, led by a Head Chef. You will work in a fast-paced, friendly environment delivering modern, quality dishes across a variety of cuisines.

We are looking for a professional who has at least 3 years in a busy kitchen, is flexible for a rotating Mon-Sun roster, and takes pride in presentation, hygiene, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexible and willing attitude with strong communication and customer service.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage own sections and deliver high-quality food throughout service.
• Pride in food presentation and top quality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Food hygiene compliance and knowledge.
• Available for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
• Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook across a variety of cuisines in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.
• Support Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
