Smart Talent Group | Sales, IT and Event Recruiters in Sydney is seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive sponsorship sales for a portfolio of exhibitions. The role offers a hybrid work setup, strong commission and an OTE of $200K+, with clear incentives to grow your client base.

You will identify prospects, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and coach junior reps, while building senior-level relationships and delivering targets in a dynamic team environment.

Qualificações

• 4 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in events
• Strong own sales pipeline and lead generation skills
• Proven ability to meet multiple event targets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage the sale of sponsorship opportunities across a dedicated event portfolio
• Identify prospective clients via targeted lead research within an assigned market
• Meet sales targets for individual events
• Have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities
• Help recruit, train and lead new sales reps
