Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong understanding of exercise prescription and health assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., ESSA) is preferred.

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and evaluations for clients.
• Develop and implement personalised exercise programmes based on individual health needs and goals.

• Accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an Exercise Physiologist (required).
• A master of communication, adept in both writing and speech, ready to collaborate with healthcare professionals and clients alike.

• Mobile, with reliable transportation for visits to clients in diverse settings.
• Desirable: Familiarity with the occupational rehab sector, diverse injuries, and insurance schemes. A talent for crafting bespoke exercise programs, comfortable with tech to track progress and communicate effectively.
