Job summary

MVMT Rehab is a people-first mobile Exercise Physiology team working across Sydney, QLD, and the ACT. We primarily support clients under compensable schemes (like Workers’ Comp and CTP), but you’ll also gain exposure to private, DVA, Life Insurance, Medicare, and NDIS clients — offering diverse clinical experience with a strong sense of purpose.

We’re looking for passionate Exercise Physiologists who want more than just a job; real flexibility, real support, and real purpose.

Qualifications

• ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (or recent new graduate).
• CPR + First Aid Certification.
• SIRA Approval Number (or willingness to obtain).
• NSW Driver’s License.
• PI + Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• A genuine, flexible, and patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, prescribing, and delivering tailored exercise programs.
• Supporting mental health and MSK recovery (primarily in compensable schemes).
• Running 1:1 sessions in homes, gyms, parks, clinics, and pools.
• Developing goal-driven treatment plans and liaising with stakeholders.
• Managing your caseload with strong team support.
