Team Rehab Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a passionate New Graduate Exercise Physiologist to commence a career in the community. You’ll work across NDIS, rehabilitation, mobility, and falls prevention, gaining hands-on experience from day one with strong clinical support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology completed in 2026.
Eligible for accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA.
Current Australian driver's licence, professional indemnity insurance, Blue Card (Working with Children Check), NDIS Worker Screening Check required/eligible.

Responsibilities

Deliver community-based exercise physiology services across NDIS, rehabilitation, mobility, and falls prevention.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build client relationships.
Develop and implement client care plans with supervision and mentorship available.

We're looking for a passionate New Graduate Exercise Physiologist to join our Sunshine Coast community team and make a genuine difference from day one.
As part of our community-based allied health team, you'll work across a diverse range of settings including NDIS, rehabilitation, mobility support, falls prevention, pain management, and support for older adults.

About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about Exercise Physiology, enjoys working with people, and is excited to build their career in community-based care.

You will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, completed in 2026
Eligibility for accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
Excellent communication skills and a genuine, people-focused approach

You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):

A current Australian driver's licence
Professional indemnity insurance
A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
An NDIS Worker Screening Check
