Job summary

Entirely Health is recruiting an Exercise Physiologist to join our Rockhampton/Yeppoon clinics and build upon an established client base. We take a holistic approach to patient care and offer opportunities across central Queensland, with flexible scheduling and strong professional support.

The successful candidate will hold an accredited Exercise Physiology qualification, ESSA registration, and valid WWC/NDIS checks (or be willing to obtain them).

Qualifications

• Requires accredited Exercise Physiology qualification and ESSA registration.
• Working With Children and NDIS checks or willingness to obtain them.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement holistic exercise programs for a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with in-house physiotherapists, dietitians, speech pathologists, and OTs.
• Coordinate with GPs, surgeons, coaches, and sports teams to drive outcomes.
• Build rapport with clients and participate in community education and marketing.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and engage in regular professional development.

The Opportunity

Stepping into this full-time role, you will take over and build upon an established client base. Because Entirely Health takes a deeply holistic approach to patient care, no two days will look the same.

As our valued Exercise Physiologist, you will:

• Construct and implement tailored, holistic exercise programs for a highly varied patient demographic.
• Work seamlessly alongside our in-house physiotherapists, dietitians, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists.
• Liaise confidently with local GPs, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and sports teams to coordinate premium patient outcomes.
• Develop excellent rapport with your clients and actively participate in community education and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and demonstrate a commitment to improving your knowledge through regular Professional Development sessions.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about delivering great patient care, working as part of a team and continuing to develop their clinical skills. The successful candidate will have an accredited Exercise Physiology qualification, ESSA registration, strong communication and clinical reasoning skills, and current Working With Children and NDIS checks (or be willing to obtain them).

The successful candidate will have strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills, excellent communication and time management skills, and a professional and ethical approach to patient care. They will also be flexible and adaptable, able to work with a range of clients and settings, and committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
