Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of an Australian Financial Consulting business. This part-time role (~20 hours/week) focuses on administrative and operational support, task management in ClickUp, data entry, follow-ups, and basic bookkeeping exposure.

You will work with AI agents, learn the CEO's processes, and gradually become more independent. Prior VA/EA experience, strong data entry, and ClickUp proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in virtual assistance, executive assistance, administration, or operations support.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp and daily task management.
• Strong data entry and data validation skills with high accuracy.
• Experience with Xero is an advantage but not essential; willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with AI-driven workflows in a business setting.
• Self-directed and reliable with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CEO's task pipeline in ClickUp, tracking deadlines and follow-ups.
• Handle day-to-day administrative coordination including scheduling and reminders.
• Maintain organised records, documents, and spreadsheets across Google Workspace.
• Perform data entry and validation in Xero, flagging issues early.
• Support AI agent workflows as directed and coordinate with them.
• Assist with client-related admin and follow-ups as directed.
• Learn and follow the business's processes rather than relying on prior roles.
