Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a highly organised Executive/Operations Virtual Assistant to support freight and business administration for Australia-based clients. The role is remote with initial 10 hours per week, focusing on inbox management, CRM upkeep, and SOP-guided tasks.

Training will be provided, with SOPs and GoHighLevel familiarity valued. The successful candidate will learn freight processes gradually and help streamline communications with suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow SOPs and use SOP documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Inbox & Follow-Up Management and CRM upkeep.
• Monitor shipment tracking, status, and schedule adherence.
• Draft routine responses and escalate complex matters.
• Enter and maintain CRM records, opportunities and pipelines.
• Use GoHighLevel for basic content and administration tasks.
• Assist with freight and courier bookings and quotes using templates.
• Provide end-of-day reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support with freight invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
