Job summary

Emergency Management Victoria seeks two Officer, Support and Facilities to assist the State Control Centre's daily operations in Melbourne. The role provides on-site support to activated staff, maintains ICT equipment, and ensures rostering and logistics are delivered efficiently.

You will work within SCC processes, support briefings and reporting, and contribute to incident management readiness during standby periods outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Solid administrative and customer service skills.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in facilities management with an understanding of ICT approaches and development is desirable.
• Prior experience within the Victoria Public Service or a similar environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective agency communication flows to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide SCC administrative support to ensure the operational functions of the SCC are delivered efficiently.
• Arrange, prepare and assist in the delivery of briefings, reports, meetings, meeting minutes and presentations.
