Job summary

NSW Environment Protection Authority is seeking a Communications Project Advisor (Executive Support) based in Parramatta. This full-time temporary role supports the Director of Corporate Affairs with diary management, planning and coordinating reporting, ensuring projects are well planned and delivered on time.

You will contribute to content development for intranet and online channels, engage stakeholders, and support data-driven decision making to strengthen communications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders and projects, with diary and admin systems management.
• Experience designing and managing content for intranet and online channels to promote internal communications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical skills to monitor progress and report on outcomes and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the Director of Corporate Affairs, including diary administration, planning and reporting coordination.
• Coordinate delivery of communications projects aligned with organisational priorities.
• Support quality control, reporting and analysis to monitor progress and inform decisions.
