Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in NSW is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen operation across our Bistro, Takeaway and events facilities. You will collaborate with F&B leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests and events, while maintaining high standards and budget discipline.

The role requires strong leadership, menu development, supplier coordination and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients in a resort environment.
