Job summary

ASX Limited in Sydney is seeking a Customer Floor Concierge to welcome guests and support on-site catering and meeting room operations. You will greet customers, prepare barista-level coffee and beverages, deliver food, and ensure rooms are prepared on time for meetings.

The role requires 5-star hospitality experience, barista skills, RSA and food handling certificates, and a flexible, team-focused approach. Hybrid/onsite working is available.

Qualifications

• 5-star hospitality experience in corporate lounge, dining, or hotel settings.
• Barista-level coffee making experience.
• RSA and food handling certificates are required.
• Flexible shifts and strong team orientation.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accompany them to meeting rooms.
• Make espresso coffees at Barista level and serve beverages.
• Deliver food and beverages professionally and discreetly.
• Ensure rooms are set up correctly and on time for meetings.
• Respond to queries promptly and assist with events.
• Support reception tasks and coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Maintain cleanliness of the customer floor and event spaces.
