Job summary

Hilton Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences in the Lobby Lounge and Glass Brasserie. You will craft espresso-based drinks, support service across AM/PM shifts, and maintain spotless service areas to ensure guest satisfaction.

Role requires NSW RSA certification, strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude. The position offers a vibrant workplace culture and a range of team benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess current and valid NSW RSA Certification.
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work on your own or in teams.
• Must have valid Australian working rights (minimum 6 months).
• Lobby Lounge requires PM availability, and Glass Breakfast requires AM availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Food & Beverage service with a guest-focused approach.
• Work with a multiskilled team within Food & Beverage.
• Create exceptional guest experiences in all interactions.
• Ensure a warm welcome and prompt, efficient service.
