Qualifications

• Significant senior management or executive leadership experience.
• Strong experience leading organisational strategy and business improvement.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience with long-term financial planning and assets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Present complex financial matters to senior stakeholders.
• Governance, risk and compliance knowledge.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through change.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Public sector experience is highly regarded.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to provide National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across corporate service functions.
• Advise the CEO and senior stakeholders on financial and business matters.
• Lead long-term financial planning and supporting organisational sustainability.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgets and statutory compliance.
• Provide high-level financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Provide financial oversight of significant long-term arrangements.
• Support development and continuous improvement of business systems.
• Ensure corporate services are resourced and operating effectively.
