We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Services Manager who brings strong initiative, sound judgement, exceptional attention to detail and outstanding stakeholder management skills.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for safeguarding and strengthening the organisation’s financial integrity, governance framework, systems capability and operational foundations.

This is a pivotal opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by supporting an organisation with genuine impact across the health sector.

About You

This role is a fast- paced and has responsibilities that requires a broad range of demonstrated key competencies and qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Essential current membership
• Demonstrated experience providing financial stewardship, governance oversight, and assurance to Boards and Finance, Audit &Risk (FAR)Committees
• Experience overseeing enterprise systems and data governance
• Demonstrated Leadership qualities including coaching, performance management, and capability uplift
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting Boards and Committees
• Exposure to digital transformation or system implementation (preferred)
