Job summary

GWG Recruitment is seeking a Director of Corporate Services for an established organisation on the Central Coast. You will join the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO, and oversee finance, people and culture, technology, governance and risk, assets and infrastructure, marketing and communications, and business improvement.

You will partner with the CEO, Board and leadership to deliver strategic, financially sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across multiple corporate or shared services functions.
• Strong governance, risk, and financial stewardship capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across a diverse corporate and shared services portfolio.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls.
• Drive workforce strategy, culture and people governance.
• Oversee technology, information governance and cyber security.
• Strengthen enterprise governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee asset, infrastructure and long-term capital planning.
• Lead business improvement and shared services development.
• Provide strategic advice to CEO, Board and Executive Team.
• Lead organisational change and develop service-focused teams.
