Job summary

MEGT, one of Australia’s largest apprenticeship network providers, seeks an Executive General Manager - M&A & Enterprise Transformation to lead the growth and transformation agenda.

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you will drive end-to-end M&A and enterprise programs, align people, processes and systems, and advise the Board on strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership of M&A transactions and post-merger integration at scale.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes.
• Proven success engaging Boards and senior stakeholders through significant change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships from origination through integration.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs aligning people, systems and structure to MEGT's mission.
• Provide commercial counsel to CEO and Board on growth opportunities in employment services and vocational education.
• Build organisational capability and change readiness across a dispersed workforce.
