Job summary

MEGT is seeking an Executive General Manager - M&A & Enterprise Transformation to shape and execute its strategic growth agenda. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead end-to-end M&A and major transformation programs across MEGT's multi-site operations, aligning people, systems and structure with the organisation's mission.

You will provide commercial counsel to the CEO and Board on growth opportunities within employment services and vocational education, while building capability and change

Qualifications

• Executive leadership of M&A transactions and post-merger integration at scale.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes.
• Proven success engaging Boards and senior stakeholders through significant change.
• Experience within Group Training and/or Registered Training Organisation models.

The Scope of the Role

Reporting to the CEO and operating as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive General Manager - M&A & Enterprise Transformation will shape and execute MEGT's strategic growth agenda. This is an enterprise-wide mandate encompassing:

• Leading end-to-end mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnership activity, from origination through to integration
• Driving enterprise-wide transformation programs that align people, systems, and structure to MEGT's long-term mission
• Providing commercial counsel to the CEO and Board on growth opportunities within the employment services and vocational education sectors
• Building organisational capability and change readiness across a geographically dispersed workforce

What You Bring

• Demonstrated executive leadership of M&A transactions and post-merger integration at scale
• Experience leading enterprise transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes
• Proven success engaging Boards, senior stakeholders, and external partners through significant change
• Experience within the Group Training and/or Registered Training Organisation model
