Suncorp is seeking a seasoned manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise leadership development and employee listening across the organisation. You will work in a lean Organisational Development team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, translating insights into practical actions that improve leadership capability and organisational performance.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise leadership development, employee engagement or organisational capability initiatives in large organisations.
• Proven ability to translate survey and culture insights into actionable leadership actions.
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills with ability to influence executive leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evolve leadership development strategy, frameworks and capability architecture.
• Own enterprise employee listening and engagement approach with meaningful insights and actions.
• Translate priorities into an integrated portfolio of initiatives to strengthen leader impact and performance.
• Establish governance, measures and reporting for leadership and engagement outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice on leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
• Partner with executives to strengthen leadership accountability and culture.
