You will shape enterprise culture, build leadership capability and drive transformational initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with the Executive Team to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Significant experience leading Organisational Development, Change and/or Internal Communications functions.
• Proven ability to influence culture and deliver enterprise-wide change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
• Build leadership capability, talent development and succession frameworks.
• Drive organisational change and strategic business initiatives.
• Shape internal communications and executive messaging across the organisation.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and governance.
• Provide strategic advice to the Senior Leadership team.
