Job summary

Worley is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead planning, design and delivery of complex marine infrastructure in Perth and beyond. You will drive feasibility, concept development, detailed design and construction support for port projects across Australia and internationally.

You will bring Chartered status, extensive marine structural experience and strong leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets and client engagement while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with Chartered status or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in marine structures and port infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects for government, resources, LNG, or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to feasibility, design and construction support of marine projects.
• Provide technical leadership on wharves, jetties, berths and quay walls.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural and coastal inputs.
• Manage delivery, schedules, budgets and quality requirements.
• Develop proposals, fee estimates and client relationships.
