WSP Australia in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Civil/Transport Engineer to lead the technical delivery of complex transport and civil projects across WA. You will mentor engineers, review designs, and collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver value‑driven solutions.

You will act as a technical authority, manage scope, programme, cost and risk, and contribute to building WSP’s capability and reputation through leadership and innovation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent.
• Typically 10–15 years' experience in civil and transport engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WA/ PTA design practices.
• High level capability in design software such as OpenRoads or 12D.
• Experience leading technical delivery on complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of complex transport and civil infrastructure projects across WA.
• Provide senior technical input, review and verification of civil designs, drawings and reports.
• Act as a technical authority within your discipline, supporting high‑quality outcomes.
• Champion Safety in Design, quality systems and best‑practice OHS&E behaviours.
• Work directly with clients to understand project needs and deliver value‑driven solutions.
• Manage scope, programme, cost and risk across multiple projects.
• Mentor and develop engineers, supporting capability uplift and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and nationally.
• Contribute technical input to proposals and pursuits in support of business growth.
