The Department of Government Services Victoria is seeking experienced Senior HR Business Partners to provide strategic and expert HR advice to a broad range of stakeholders under a partnership model. The role offers opportunities across multiple Victorian Government departments.

You will coach senior leaders, manage complex HR issues, and contribute to integrated HR strategies that align with government policy and workplace priorities. This is a fixed-term and ongoing opportunity.

Qualificações

• Relevant HR qualification, or similar qualification, is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level HR strategic advice to key stakeholders.
• Coach and support senior leaders on a broad range of HR issues and practices.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with senior leaders to identify trends and needs.
• Manage strategic workforce priorities and plans, including change management and talent processes.
• Lead HR projects to support departmental priorities and organizational change.
