Job summary

Olympus Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as Dir., Country Head of HR ANZ & Regional HRBP APAC. You will shape workforce strategy, lead the ANZ HR function and partner with regional stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide people initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

You will advise the executive committee and manage a team of HR professionals, delivering talent, organizational design and change programs in a matrix environment to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR strategy for large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated capability in workforce analytics and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ANZ HR function and oversee delivery of the people strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and performance.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with local, regional and global priorities.
• Lead organizational redesign, workforce transformation and change initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategies.
• Oversee employee relations, payroll governance and HR operations.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and coach leaders.
