Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a senior HR leader to own and execute the HR partnering strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. You will guide workforce planning, remuneration, employee relations and organisational design to support sustainable growth, while leading a multi-region HR Partnering team.

You will advise senior leaders, influence executives, and drive culture and engagement initiatives, delivering positive workforce outcomes and high-quality HR services across the APAC

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR business partner or HR leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance.
• Experience leading HR teams across complex or multi-site environments.
• Strong ability to influence executives and senior leaders on workforce and people issues.
• Experience managing complex employee relations, organisational change and employment risk.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business performance and growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR Partnering team across multiple regions.
• Own the employment risk and governance framework for the APAC region with commercially-sound advice.
• Drive talent, succession and leadership development initiatives.
• Leverage workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
