Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of continuous supervisory experience in a luxury 5-star hotel, or 2+ years in a high-volume 4-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
