Hilton Gold Coast is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations, safeguard top cleanliness standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll manage budgeting, staff development, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork in a vibrant hotel environment.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, implement training programs, and collaborate with property operations to deliver seamless, memorable stays for guests across all hotel spaces.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations across all hotel areas including systems, budgeting and policy implementation.
• Ensure high quality standards for cleanliness and service in guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
• Collaborate with Property Operations on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management and development programs.
• Uphold regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and proper chemical usage.
