Job summary

Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking a passionate housekeeping professional to join our team on the Gold Coast. You will play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand standards, while supporting a vibrant, design-led luxury hotel environment.

Working closely with the Director of Rooms and Executive Housekeeper, you’ll lead day-to-day housekeeping operations in a fast-paced resort, driving guest satisfaction and a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Housekeeping or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a hotel or resort environment and understanding of cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Rooms with daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand and service standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper and Rooms Division to maintain standards and efficiency.
• Monitor linen, uniforms and minibar operations, including inventory and cost control.
