Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in luxury hotels.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Implement cleaning standards and drive productivity.
• Procure supplies and manage budgets.
• Ensure chemical safety and OH&S compliance.
• Monitor labour costs against occupancy and perform daily inspections.
