Job summary

Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, upholding premier standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction. You will oversee budgeting, staffing and cross‑department collaboration to elevate the guest experience.

You will manage the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Supervisors and broader team, driving training, performance and continuous improvement in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Proven history of leading a large housekeeping team.
• Experience managing a hotel or leisure sector department.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to meet financial objectives.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure standards are met.
• Set and monitor budgets, schedules and departmental goals.
• Recruit, train and develop the Housekeeping team and supervisors.
• Collaborate with other departments to align on guest experience and operations.
• Review guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
