Job summary

Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the hotel's housekeeping department. You will oversee presentation, cleanliness and standards across all rooms and public areas, directing a diverse team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, you will develop strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams in hospitality.
• Experience managing housekeeping operations in a hotel.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations across Crystalbrook Kingsley.
• Develop and lead the Housekeeping team and supervisors.
• Manage budgets, labour, stock and resources for the department.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through high cleaning and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational objectives.
• Prepare monthly departmental financial results and reports.
