Job summary

Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping department and uphold the hotel’s premium standards. You will manage a diverse team, drive guest satisfaction, and work closely with hotel leaders to optimize operations and budget performance.

You will shape standards for presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency across all spaces, while mentoring supervisors and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven history leading large Housekeeping teams in hospitality.
• Experience managing department P&L and budgets.
• Strong financial acumen and cost control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Housekeeping operations to meet high standards.
• Set and monitor departmental targets, budgets and priorities.
• Lead and develop the Housekeeping team and supervisors.
• Collaborate with other departments to align guest experience with standards.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting.
