Nobu Melbourne, part of Crown Resorts, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to own the venue’s performance and culture. You will drive service excellence, financial results, and strategic partnerships while fostering a unified Front of House and Back of House team focused on guest experiences.

You will lead, develop and mentor a high-calibre leadership team, ensuring sustainable profitability and a premium brand experience for every guest. RSA certification is required.

Formación

• Extensive senior leadership experience within premium dining or luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven success managing full P&L accountability across large-scale, high-performing hospitality operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate operational and financial insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional guest-focus with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences and building brand reputation.
• Experience partnering with Marketing teams to drive venue activations, promotional campaigns and guest engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business functions.
• Outstanding leadership capability with a passion for mentoring and developing future hospitality talent.
• Current RSA certification.
